What happens in court is often dependent on the particular venue, judge at that time, and many other factors, too numerous to list here. But we will do our best and certainly expect you will be satisfied.

Courts
General district courts, circuit courts, court of appeals, federal court, including related appellate courts;

•  Don’t go to court without a lawyer.
